modern hotel with a convenient location

friendly staffconvenient locationquiet ambienceearly check-in
the hotel was very quiet. i couldn't hear any traffic, even though the hotel is close to a busy street. the staff were friendly and helpful . they were happy to give us a room early in the morning when we arrived. the location proves very convenient with most places accessible by foot.
the heating system didn't seem very effective, and the room felt a bit cold at times, something i hope they can adjust.
Dining

the breakfast offered a rich variety of options; the restaurant provided amazing food, it was so good that we ate there a few times when we were too tired to explore other places.
Rooms

convenient and friendly stay

central locationclean roomearly check-inmissing service
the central location made walking around easy but the room remained quiet at night. the room was clean and well decorated. staff allowed early check in since the room was ready.
i paid for a junior suite but room service and the executive lounge were unavailable. this was not explained upon arrival. i found this frustrating since these extras were still advertised online. no apology was offered initially.
Dining

the hotel lounge provided complimentary coffee, tea, wine, soda, and beer. this access offered convenient refreshments throughout the day. i found the selection quite adequate.

slow servicesmall portion
The bar service felt very slow. The beef taco starter also seemed overpriced. It was very small and not warm. Housekeeping entered the room very early while I was still asleep. That hit like a mistake. the room was barely ready at the stated check-in time despite having indicated my arrival time beforehand.

i found the location really convenient. the staff at reception were particularly friendly. breakfast was also good (i liked the variety of options).
i had some issues with the air conditioning in the room. it did not seem to cool the room effectively. i also found that there were no towel rails in the bathroom. finally, it took a while to get room service and there was a tray fee.

the cleanliness standard was high. i found no issues in the bedroom, bathrooms, or throughout the hotel. the breakfast had excellent choices. the cooked breakfast was one of the best i have had in a hotel for a long time. i highly recommend the hotel for anyone.
i asked about shampoo, conditioner, and body wash before my visit. there was no conditioner upon arrival, so i bought some. the remote for the tv was missing and the hairdryer was broken. a toilet brush was absent.

i found the staff very helpful upon my early arrival.. they stored my bag until check-in time. the music playing in reception created a nice atmosphere for the concert later that evening. the hotel felt peaceful overall. the staff were accommodating.
i found the lighting slightly dull in the room, unless i was doing makeup and hair in the bathroom.
